The Power, The Size

And because it’s short-wave infrared, the heat comes on fast. I mean, really fast. Seconds, not minutes. That kind of output does mean you need to manage the heat. The machine needs a cooling setup that’s up to the task, so the surrounding area stays reasonable. We designed the element to fit the space as-is, so you can swap it into your current housing without a full redesign.

What It’s Built With

Inside, the quartz envelope is filled with halogen gas. It shields the carbon fiber element from oxidation, which helps keep the output steady, even after long runs. The R7s connector is standard on this form factor, and it’s there for a reason. It locks in a solid, two-ended electrical connection that holds up under repeated heating and cooling. No loosening. No arcing. Just a stable, reliable contact. And the whole assembly is built to survive. It takes shock and vibration far better than exposed wire coils, so it’s right at home on production floors that never stop moving.
