At the heart of it is the carbon fiber element, tucked inside a tough quartz envelope. This combo can handle extreme heat and lets the infrared energy pass through cleanly and consistently. We also coat the outside to control reflection and fine-tune the energy output, making sure the heat goes exactly where you want it. And for easy replacements, we use an R7s connector. Seriously, you just wire it, lock it in, and get back to work. No hassle. No re-engineering the whole mount.

These lamps are perfect for IR heating stations, curing lines, and any thermal processing cell where speed and precision are non-negotiable.
