We built these lamps for the folks who need serious heat, right where they need it—no fuss, no fluff. Just direct, concentrated warmth in those tight spots where a big heater just won’t cut it. The magic is in the design: a carbon fiber filament, bathed in halogen gas, all tucked inside a tough quartz tube. It’s a combo that’s all about speed. You get intense, localized heat exactly when and where you need it, which is crucial when you’re on a tight schedule and can’t afford to mess around with temperature swings.
Power, Voltage, and Size—Straight to the Point
When you’re on the shop floor, you need heat you can count on. That’s why our lamps come in power ratings from 1000W all the way up to 2500W. We’ve got voltage options to match your plant’s setup, too—think 110V or 400V. The lamp itself is a slim 300mm long and just 10mm across. It’s a small package that punches way above its weight, letting you pack a ton of heat into a tiny space. Just a heads-up: that 400V, 2500W model throws off serious heat. Make sure whatever you’re pairing it with has the cooling capacity and space to handle it. The wattage and voltage are matched perfectly to the filament, so once it’s wired in, you get consistent, repeatable performance.
What Makes It So Tough?
The carbon fiber filament is the real workhorse here. It heats up almost instantly and keeps its cool—well, its resistance stays stable, anyway—even as it heats up and cools down over and over. That halogen gas inside the quartz tube does a lot of the heavy lifting, too. It helps slow down filament evaporation, which means the lamp keeps putting out the same level of heat for the long haul. And the quartz tube? It’s a champ. It lets the infrared energy through with no problem and can handle sudden temperature changes without cracking. For mounting, we went with R7s and Sk15 bases. They lock the tube in place solidly, handle a bit of vibration, and make the wiring a breeze. It’s a drop-in replacement for most fixtures. Just keep the lamp aligned and the contacts clean, and it’ll take a beating and keep on going.

The shortwave infrared blasts right through surfaces, heating them up fast. That means your cycle times get shorter, and you’re not wasting energy heating the entire machine. It’s small enough to fit just about anywhere, and those standard bases make swapping it out on the production line a snap. But here’s the thing: you’re packing a lot of heat into a small space. So you’ve got to make sure your reflector and cooling setup are up to the task. Otherwise, you risk cooking the parts nearby.
