We did this to keep the current flowing through the carbon filament exactly where it needs to be.&#xA;One heads-up:**watch your voltage.**If your power supply is jumpy or unstable, you&amp;rsquo;re likely to fry the filament way sooner than you should. On the plus side, you get an incredible amount of heat in a tiny package. It&amp;rsquo;s a lifesaver when you&amp;rsquo;re working with a cramped machine where every millimeter counts.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
